Symantec Talkworks Caller ID
This is a useful basic Caller ID program. It is a freeware application developed by Symantec for use as a support tool for their Talkworks product (now discontinued). Download this application if you are having problems with PhoneFilter, it will help independently test your modem and driver for Caller ID support. This application is copyright Symantec Software. It is intended for Windows 95/98 only.

Messages
PhoneFilter can play any message you specify when it answers a call. To keep the download file size small only one sample message is supplied with Release 1.00
PhoneFilter uses the Windows standard sound file format ".WAV" so you can record your own messages easily.
You can also download these messages for use with PhoneFilter. These were recorded using the Microsoft Text-to-Speech engine.
